While rabri has always been a traditional favourite, this coffee rabri is a twist on the tradition. It's creamy, thick, and bursting with the bold aroma of coffee, making it an irresistible dessert; just what you need to get into the festive spirit.

1 tsp Instant coffee powder (adjust to taste)
½ cup Sugar (or add as per preference)
¼ tspCardamom powder
2 tbspAlmonds (sliced)
2 tbspPistachios (sliced)
8–10Saffron strands (soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk)

  • Pour 1 litre of full cream milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil, stirring it occasionally to prevent sticking.
