Cook the Dessert
Boil the milk in a pan, add a pinch of saffron. Then, add the fried sorghum rawa and sugar. Cook this for about 15 minutes. The Sorghum Kesari is ready. Garnish with dry fruits and a dollop of ghee. Serve hot.
