½ tspMustard seeds
½ tspTurmeric
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspCoriander powder
½ tspGaram masala
3 tbspOil
to tasteSalt
2 tbspFresh coriander (chopped, for garnish)

Prep the Bhindi

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the bhindi until it is slightly browned and no longer sticky. Remove and set aside.
