Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the biscuit base

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix with the melted butter until well combined. Spoon the mixture evenly into 6-8 small glass jars or dessert pots, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon to create a compact base. Set aside.
