While exact dates vary across regions and depend on the sighting of the crescent moon, Ramadan 2026 will last till mid-March. And this means, iftar party can include drinks that bring in spring and summer. Like the iftar party special, Mohabbat ka Sharbat. Arguably one of the most famous drinks to come out of Jama Masjid in Delhi, Mohabbat ka sharbat is a milk-based drink, made by mixing milk with Rooh Afza and sabja seeds, and topped with finely chopped watermelon. Ready in just 10 minutes, the drink has a light pink colour, thanks to the addition of Rooh Afza. The sabja seeds make it satiating, while the watermelon cubes add a tinge of crunch and sweetness. It’s the perfect drink to break your Ramadan fast and enjoy with friends, family, and loved ones.
