Prepare the Ingredients
Start by peeling and chopping the mangoes in small pieces. Now, blend the mangoes in a blender or a food processor till you get a fine paste. Chop the bell peppers and broccoli into equal-sized pieces. Take another blender and blend the onions, garlic, ginger, red chili, lemongrass, and coriander stem. Blend this to a fine paste.
