Palak Paneer Crumb Paratha has the goodness of leafy greens and protein-rich paneer in a comforting flatbread. When the parathas are made using Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta, the dough rolls smoothly and cooks into soft, chewy parathas.
These parathas are ideal for balanced breakfasts or hearty lunches. This specific recipe delivers nutrition without compromising on flavour. Finely chopped spinach adds freshness while crumbled paneer adds a creamy touch. Lightly spiced and pan-cooked until golden, these parathas are satisfying on their own and pair beautifully with yoghurt, pickles, or a simple homemade raita.
Add Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta to a mixing bowl. Add salt and oil, then gradually add water to knead a soft, pliable dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
