Scoop the biryani into a bowl and turn it upside down on the plate to make a round mound. Place a piece of egg on top and moilee on the side, in a small bowl.
The biryani and moilee make for a complete meal. Serve with masala papad for an extra crunch.
Garnish the moilee with freshly chopped coriander, and add thinly sliced onions on the side.
