Directions

Prepare the Base Batter

Take a large mixing bowl and add the gram flour, spices, and water. Whisk till the batter is smooth and there are no lumps. The base batter is ready.

Prepare the Paneer Base Mix

To prepare the paneer base mixture, crush the cheese and add the spices and veggies. Mix well. 

 

Cook the Besan Paneer Sabzi Chila

Prepare the batter for the besan paneer subz chila. Heat the pan, and spread the batter into rounds. Roast the chills from both sides till cooked completely. 

 

Cook the chilla with different stuffing

  • Cook the spinach chilla with paneer stuffing: mix the spinach puree and the chilli garlic paste with the base batter. Heat the girdle and spread the batter into rounds. Roast the chila from both sides. Spread the paneer mixture and fold.
  • Cook the Beetroot Chila with Paneer Stuffing:Take the base batter, and add the beetroot purée and garlic chili paste. Heat the girdle and spread the batter into rounds. Roast from both sides and add the paneer mixture. Then fold. 
  • Cook the Besan Chila with Stuffing:

    Preheat the pan and spread the base batter. Cook from both sides. Then, spread the paneer mixture and fold.
