In a bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sprouted wheat flour, and 1 liter of water. Mix everything together until smooth and free of lumps. Then, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix thoroughly to incorporate.
In a heavy-bottomed kadai, let's bring this mixture to a boil over low heat.

Now, let's add 500 grams of sugar to the mixture and stir continuously to prevent sticking and burning.
Next, grab a silicone mold and sprinkle some chopped dry fruits into it.

Add ghee & Fill the mold
After 25 to 30 minutes of cooking, you'll notice the mixture starting to thicken. At this point, let's add 4 tablespoons of ghee and continue stirring continuously. Then, gradually add 200 grams of ghee, stirring constantly to prevent sticking and burning.
Once the ghee starts separating from the mixture, go ahead and turn off the gas. Now, transfer this hot mixture into a mold. Allow the soan halwa to cool down to room temperature before serving.
