1onion, finely chopped
2boiled potatoes, diced
2 tbspcurd (dahi)
1 tbspsaunth (sweet tamarind) chutney
1 tbspgreen chutney
2 tbsppomegranate seeds (anaar)
to tasteSalt
as requiredChaat masala
1green chilli, chopped
Fresh coriander (dhaniya), chopped
For Corn Garlic Butter Tedhe Medhe Chaat
1 cupBingo Tedhe Medhe Chatpata Twist flavour
¼ cupboiled corn
2 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
1dry red chilli, crushed
¼ tspmixed seasoning (or Italian herbs + chilli flakes)
In a mixing bowl, add Bingo Tedhe Medhe Tadka and then add diced boiled potatoes, chopped onion, curd, both chutneys, salt, and chaat masala. Mix gently. Add chopped green chilli, coriander, and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
