Directions

Prepare the Batter

Soak the quinoa overnight. The next day, add the quinoa and flax seeds to a blender. Add curd, salt, and the seedless date. Blend properly. Add the baking powder and mix properly.

Make the Waffle

Take a waffle maker and grease it with butter or oil. Pour the quinoa batter. After a few minutes, the quinoa will be cooked. Take the waffles out of the machine. Serve with your choice of nuts and fruits.
