Smoked paprika adds a rich, smoky flavour and colour, and the half portion of garlic brings it all together. This chorizo butter recipe requires very little effort. There's no stove and no cook, no time to wait and watch. All you do is mix together softened butter, chopped cured chorizo, a little garlic and smoked paprika until smooth, roll it up in parchment paper and put it in the fridge. That's genuinely it.
