Classic Eggs Benedict: Poached eggs, bacon, hollandaise.

2Egg yolks (For hollandaise sauce)
3Eggs
1 tbspVinegar (For hollandaise sauce)
2-3 tbspVinegar(For poached egg)
75 gm Melted Butter
to taste Salt & pepper
4Carrot (For carrot bacon)
1 tbspSoya sauce
1 tbspred chili sauce
1 tbspPizza seasoning
1 tbspCorn flour
Oil
3Buns (For bun & butter )
1 tspButter

Description - Step 1

whisk the egg yolk

  • In a bowl, combine 2 egg yolks with 1 tbsp vinegar and whisk thoroughly.
  • Place a bowl over a double boiler. Gradually add butter while whisking until you achieve a creamy/saucy consistency. Incorporate seasoning and whisk again. Set it aside.
