Description - Step 1

Prepare the Dough

Mix Khapli wheat flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, elastic dough. Add ghee and knead for another two minutes for smoothness. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 15 minutes to relax the gluten and enhance texture.
