Description - Step 1

Preparation

Rinse the matki sprouts twice under running water. Drain completely and set aside.Roughly chop onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger. Grind the chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger together into a smooth paste with a blender.
