Description

Take a large mixing bowl and add coconut oil, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla essence. Whisk together for 2-3 minutes, till the sugar dissolves completely. Add the lemon zest and desiccated coconut. Add the quick oats. Next, add the flour and the salt. Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients together, till you get a sand-like mixture.
