These mini tandoori paneer pinwheels are a fantastic treat that combines creamy, spiced paneer with soft tortillas, making them a perfect snack for any occasion. With a medley of aromatic herbs and a rich cream cheese layer, they offer a burst of bold Indian flavours in a bite-sized form. They are not just a perfect snack for parties, school lunches, or meal prep for the week but also surprisingly super easy to whip up.

½ teaspoonKasuri methi
½ teaspoonSalt (or to taste)
1 tablespoonCilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoonMint (chopped)
1 ¼ cupsFull-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
½ teaspoonGarlic powder
250 gPaneer (cut into small pieces) (Other ingredients)
½ cupBell pepper (finely chopped)
½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
4Flour tortillas (10-inch)

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the marinade

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the yoghurt with turmeric, coriander, cumin, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, and salt until smooth. 

  • Fold in chopped mint and cilantro. 

  • Add the paneer pieces and coat them. 

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours sink deep into the paneer.
