Methi paratha is a warm and comforting Indian flatbread crafted from fresh fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour, and a touch of spices. The subtle bitterness of methi pairs perfectly with the warmth of garam masala and ajwain, resulting in a soft, flavourful, and aromatic paratha. It’s a great option for any meal of the day and pairs wonderfully with yoghurt, pickles, or a hot cup of chai.
