Air-fried jackfruit nuggets are a scrumptious, plant-based take on the beloved chicken nugget. This recipe transforms tender jackfruit into crispy, golden bites using an air fryer, keeping it healthy without skimping on flavour. These nuggets make for a perfect snack, appetiser, or party treat and are an ideal vegan option for those who love nuggets.
First, drain and rinse the canned jackfruit. If opting for fresh jackfruit, peel it and cut it into pieces that are about the size of nuggets. After that, use a paper towel to pat them dry.
