Prepare the Blend
In a large bowl, combine almonds, pistachios, cashews, melon seeds, and pepper. Add poppy seeds, fennel, and cardamom. Pour in water and let it soak for 6 hours. Then, grind everything into a smooth paste.
Mix the ingredients, Cool & Serve
Now, take the prepared thandai paste and add it to a glass along with sugar, milk, and cranberry juice. Mix everything well until smooth. Garnish with dried cranberries and rose petals for a beautiful finish.
