Once the vegetables are sauteed, add jeera powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and sugar. Mix well and cook for a minute. Add 2-3 tbsp of water to the pan and mix again; this loosens the masala. Now, turn the heat to low and add crumbled paneer. Mix everything to ensure the paneer is evenly coated. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and serve hot.
