Nati Mutton Curry is a traditional Karnataka-style mutton dish known for its deep flavours and rustic taste. "Nati" basically means "country-style," so the focus is on fresh, simple ingredients rather than anything fancy. The dish is all about tender meat simmered in a thick, grounded paste made from coconut, tomatoes, and chillies. It’s spicy, filling, and tastes exactly like a home-cooked meal should. The curry gets its bold flavour from the combination of roasted gram dal, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic, and sambar powder. Once pressure-cooked, the mutton becomes soft and absorbs the thick and spicy gravy beautifully. This curry is often enjoyed with steamed rice, chapatti, dosa, or the famous ragi mudde from Karnataka.
