2 largeOnion, finely choppe
2 mediumTomato, chopped
2Green chilies, slit
1-inch pcGinger, julienned
6 clovesGarlic, minced
1 tbspCumin seeds
2 tbspCoriander powder
1 tbspGaram masala powder
1 tbspKasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
3 tbspMustard oil
for garnishFresh coriander leaves

Description - Step 1

Marinate the Mutton

In a bowl, combine mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the mutton evenly.

Cover and refrigerate the marinated mutton for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
