Cook the Cauliflower

Let's get the oven preheated to 450 degrees. Now, in a mixing bowl, toss together the shallots, cauliflower, and asparagus with just enough olive oil to coat them lightly. Season everything with salt and pepper, then spread them out evenly on a baking tray. Pop the tray into the oven and let them roast for about 30 minutes, giving them a good stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
