Prepare Ravioli Dough and Chicken
In a bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead until a soft dough forms. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.
For the roasted chicken, generously coat the chicken with salt, paprika, chili flakes, garlic paste, crushed black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil for maximum flavor.
Cook the chicken and Prepare the filling
In a grill pan over low heat, drizzle olive oil and grill the chicken until fully cooked. Once cooled, finely chop the chicken for the next step.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and combine chopped chicken, chopped spinach, and cottage cheese. Stir well until thoroughly mixed. Your ravioli filling is now ready to use.
Shape and Cook the Ravioli

The ravioli is ready for boiling. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently place the ravioli into the water. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.
