1 & 1/2 Cup Wheat flour (For Covering)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt
Water
1 TspOlive oil (For Chicken Filling)
500 Gms Chopped roasted chicken
250 Gms Chopped fresh spinach
250 GmsCottage cheese
1 TspCrushed black pepper -

Description - Step 1

Prepare Ravioli Dough and Chicken

In a bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead until a soft dough forms. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.

For the roasted chicken, generously coat the chicken with salt, paprika, chili flakes, garlic paste, crushed black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil for maximum flavor.
