Add the walnuts and roasted gram to a blender. Blend till you get a fine powder.

Prepare the Jaggery

In a pan, add jaggery and some water. Stir till it becomes thick. Check the consistency by putting the jaggery mix in water. If it is ready, it will become hard.

Assemble the Okkarai

Add the walnut powder to the jaggery mix, and stir properly. Next, add the cardamom powder and the grated coconut.
