Here's how to prepare the orange pulp: Start by peeling the oranges and removing the skin. Blend the pulp until it's thick, using the pulse mode to maintain its texture. Ensure the mixture remains thick without adding water. Next, heat a pan and add the orange pulp. Cook it until the water evaporates.
After the water evaporates, add sugar, orange jam, food color, and mix thoroughly. Then incorporate desiccated coconut and blend well. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let the mixture cool completely.
After the mixture cools, coat a modak mold with ghee and press the mixture into both sides. Create a hollow in the center, gently fill it with Nutella, and seal the base firmly. For optimal results, chill for an hour, then adorn with edible silver vark before serving.
