Prepare the Ingredients

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas if using canned. If using cooked chickpeas, ensure they are drained well.

  • Rinse the sprouts thoroughly under cold water and drain excess water.

Blend the Ingredients

  • In a food processor, combine chickpeas, sprouts, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and olive oil.

  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.

Adjust Seasoning
