Sprouts Hummus - Making hummus doubly nutritious and creamy!

Garlic cloves

Olive oil

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas if using canned. If using cooked chickpeas, ensure they are drained well.

  • Rinse the sprouts thoroughly under cold water and drain excess water.

Blend the Ingredients

  • In a food processor, combine chickpeas, sprouts, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and olive oil.

  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.

Adjust Seasoning

Taste the hummus and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt or lemon juice as desired.
