Heat some oil in a pan, and add jeera, ginger, garlic, green chilies, red chilies, onion, and curry leaves. Sauté well.

To the above mixture, add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and kasuri methi. Mix properly.

Turn off the flame and let the tadka cool a little. Add the beaten curd to the tadka, and mix well. Serve!
