Description - Step 1

Marinate the Lamb

Take a bowl and add the mutton. Coat it properly with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Ensure that the entire mutton is covered in the paste. Let it marinate for a minimum of 2-3 hours.

Fry the Chilli

Take a heavy-bottomed skillet  and heat oil. Once the oil has become hot, add green chilies and curry leaves. Cook till it’s fried.

Cook the Dish

Add the marinated mutton pieces and fry it on one side, till the mutton is golden brown and crispy. Flip the mutton pieces and then fry the other side, till it is golden too.
